My Philosophy
It’s been said so many different ways. The Bible says, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all other things shall be added unto you.”
Jim Rohn says, “You must work harder on yourself than you do on your job.” Jim also says, “Your income follows your personal growth.”
I can say with certainty that all of these are true. I’ve never met someone who’s made a lot of money who didn’t also take the time to grow personally. This is true, whether you’re talking about Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, or Howard Hughes.
Unfortunately, not all of us were brought up in a healthy environment. If you were raised poor, you may carry with you a mindset of scarcity today. This is poisonous to any effort you might make to achieve wealth.
If your parents were abusive, you may find yourself in and out of abusive relationships your whole life, up to now. The same is true with being overweight, or any other issue you’ve tried to resolve in your life without success.
The good news is that there is something you can do about it. If you weren’t taught healthy ways to view yourself and the world (most of us weren’t), you don’t have to live that way anymore.
You can actually unlearn the negative ways of thinking and begin to learn healthy ways to approach life. I look forward to our journey together.
